    • Population: 1 million (990k people, 10k fans)
    • Wealth: 1k
    • Attendance:
      • 9.9k people
      • 5.5k fans
    • Spending without upgrades:
      • People: $990k
      • Fans: $2.75 million
    • Spending with upgraded merch tables:
      • People: $1.485 million
    • Requires a large arena with 17k capacity.
    • Without upgrades, limited to 100 attendees, resulting in significantly lower earnings.
