My Thursday // My Actifit Report Card: January 18 2024

Hello friends, good day to the @actifit community, guests, and members of the community, how is your day/night going? Is a lovely Friday Morning and I am sincerely glad that God has led us to another weekend. It's a thing of joy, I know most of you are not yet on Friday due to your time zones, but a few hours from now, it will be a lovely Friday morning for you.

So many of us have worked almost through the week, waiting for Friday so that they come work half day and close for the week, why do some work 9-5 and 7 days a week? But in all, I wish you the coolest weekend 💖💖.

It's the 19th day of January and am here to share with you in summary of the Thursday journey. Thursday 18th was another day of its own and it had the good spirit that led it so smoothly.

The cold weather conditions woke me from my sleep, it was so cold that I needed a remedy for the cold that had entered my body. As a sportsman, I know how to get rayed of that, so I quickly start with some exercises. Taking a walk around my area, which lasted for about 1 hour and 30 minutes. When I finally got home, I took my bath and went to the market and bought some soup items that I used in preparing melon soup which is my favorite.

After making the soup, I didn't eat immediately because I was not hungry yeh. A few minutes later, I went for my online studies which lasted for some hours before I slept off and woke up by 3:54 p.m. so I went straight to the kitchen, made some food, took my bath, and went to the chapel for our evening service. On my way, I took some Photographs.

The service lasted from 5:30 p.m. to 8:05 p.m. When we went back home, took my dinner, and did a little exercise before I slept for the night.
