My Actifit Report Card: January 25 2025

A good start of the day. Weather was pleasant.

In the afternoon. I went out for a walk and also buy medicine from a pharmacy close to a hospital. It took me 20 minutes to reach that place. The medicine was not available at my local pharmacy. After buying the medicine I walked back home.

Later added few more steps walking indoors.

In the evening, i again went out to withdraw some cash from the ATM. Also feed some grains to the pigeons.

Completing 5000+ steps for the day.

also feed some grains to the pigeons.

Are those wild pigeons or domestic?

Actually, there is a guy who sells grains at the corner of the street to feed the pigeons, it is his business.
People pay him to buy the grains and feed the pigeons.
In the evening, he cleans the place and removes all the left overs.

There are many places like this where grains are sold to be feed the pigeons.

Understand. In Bangladesh, we don't see such things. However, some people may do that somewhere.
