Being Self-Employed

After I was laid off from my school, I felt unemployed. However, life must go on.

I have three children. They should go to school. In the first months of being jobless, I blogged on Hive. Though, the earnings were not good, the price of Hive was high, so I could make good money in my country's currency.
Hive's price dropped dramatically, and I was perplexed.I tried to call my friend. I asked him if there was a teaching job. I was fortunate. There was a part time job as a teacher. I took the job. I had only two classes in a week on Monday. The salary was not high, but it helped me a lot in the Hive bear market.

My earnings on Hive were getting lower. I squeezed my brain. Finally, I decided to sell my old products. My products were mambo ice-packed frozen mung bean porridge.

At that time, I had three activities. I went to school to teach students on Mondays. In the afternoon, I sold my ice mambos, and I blogged on Hive in the morning or at night.
I do not have a formal job, but I am now self-employed. I should post daily on Hive and go to the streets to sell my products. On Monday, I wear nice clothing to meet my students. I should have the best appearance in front of my students.

I work for myself.I do many things for my boss. My boss is myself and my family. LOL .. Life is funny, I think. 😁

Hive can really only be a full time income for whales or those who have already accumulated enough money to cover them when price dips.

I have tried for the last 2 years, but… got to have some outside gigs that are not crypto related, again, unless you are already a whale. Even devs are struggling to make ends meat these days. So good for you for being able to find a fallback!

I have considered doing some substitute teaching myself, but think I might actually try and go back to teaching Apple products, but working for myself, not Apple, lol. Never again will I bow to a monster corporation like that, lol.
