Behind the Lens: A Closer Look at the Life of an Affiliate Marketer

Because of my new passion in life, which is becoming an affiliate marketer, I'm now doing a lot of new things.

I've been practicing shooting and editing videos, creating scripts for my voiceovers, and photographing the products I'm affiliating with.

It might seem easy, especially if you only have one product, but if you have a dozen, you'll get tired too.

Of course, you first need a script because that will direct you on what to do next, like how to take pictures of the products and what video shooting and editing you'll do.

I also make the script several times and read it in my mind to see people's reactions to what I'm going to say or caption in the pictures.

It's also not enough to just take pictures of the product because it won't be catchy to others.

You need a concept, so I brainstorm with my alter egos. Hehe, just kidding.

Once the script is okay, you can't just shoot the video or the product because you still need to set up the concept.

I just make do with whatever materials I have at home that I can use as elements in the picture.

For the background and flooring, I use a board with vinyl or sometimes wallpaper.

These are some samples of the products I've taken, and I think I'm getting better compared to my first tries.

The products I'm affiliating with are watches and shades. I just combined them in one picture because they have the same concept, which is fashion.

I'm still not earning from what I'm doing. I've only sold about 10 products, but that's okay with me.

I'm not in a hurry. I know I need to build a reputation and gain the platform's trust to push me to more viewers.
