My Actifit Report Card: February 29 2024 || Alive And Thriving
Greetings dear actifitters. How have your day been with your fitness health actifit fitness walk?
Today I went out for a fitness health walk and I walk from home at Ikot Ekwere Itam to Itu road and then to church road where I spent most of the day at Eddie place.
Before leaving for the walk, I attended to two of my guys that pup in on me in the morning.
The weather was friendly and the rain seems as if it will drop, but later fade away.
As I make my steps through those street, I try meditating on an issue in my hands, that is the best way to go about it.
This evening, I have walk back home, leaving the rest issue for tomorrow.
