My Actifit Report Card: August 4 2024 || Alive And Thriving Sunday
Greetings to you and happy Sunday to you all dear actifitters.
Today is the day of the Lord where we gathered to receive instructions from God as well as receive inspiration.
After finishing with some house chores I set out on a walk to Itu road junction we're I board a trycycle to take me to the meeting place.
The sermon today deal with how we can be of sound mind especially in this perilous time of the end.
Irrespective of the protest, people gathered in their various places of worship to glorify God.
I returned back home feeling refresh spiritually and mentally stimulating.
At the end I am able to record 2500 steps to keep fit and healthy. Thanks for stopping by my blog.
