Autumn Morning in the Fog – Actifit Report 🌳

Today started with a morning walk with my husband, surrounded by fog that looked like a soft blanket stretched over the park. The trees appeared like shadows rising out of the mist, and every step felt like entering another world – calm, dreamy, and a little mysterious.

By noon it was still cloudy, but later the sun finally broke through – and that’s exactly what I love about autumn contrasts! 🍂 Fog and chill in the morning, sunshine and warmth in the afternoon.

The pedometer showed more than 14,000 steps today, with some extra overtime at work adding to the total. Meanwhile, the paperwork is still waiting – so I already know that Saturday will be another day spent catching up on documents. Autumn really is moody and demanding, just like everyday life.

Dziś dzień zaczął się od spaceru z mężem w aurze mgły, która wyglądała jak miękka kołdra rozciągnięta nad parkiem. Drzewa wynurzały się z niej jak cienie, a każdy krok był jak zanurzenie się w innym świecie – spokojnym, sennym i trochę tajemniczym.

Do południa wciąż pochmurno, ale później pojawiło się słońce – i to takie kontrasty w jesieni lubię najbardziej! 🍂 Rano mgła i chłód, po południu promienie i ciepło.

Krokomierz pokazał dziś ponad 14 000 kroków, a nadgodziny w pracy dołożyły swoje trzy grosze. Do tego papierologia czeka – i już wiem, że w sobotę znowu przyjdzie mi spędzić część dnia w dokumentach. Ale cóż, taka jesień: mglista, kapryśna i wymagająca, tak jak codzienność.
