After trying out different ideas and seeing others, have moar thoughts. May be best to include an admission cost with maybe a combination of HSBI shares and a Reblog. Both of these actions seem to add moar value and success.

This will add to leaving a comment / reply so it is known that you've met the other requirements. Upvotes may not be required, but appreciated as they help power everything as well, and come hand in hand, while not trying to exclude users, as we all have different levels of Hive Power (HP).

An HSBI will add value to both, and tips may be shared and given between users as they are, and have been part of our efforts and value.

Looking for assistance with things and growing the "team", but perhaps not exactly in the central form of many teams, but rather in and through our community.
