Feuilleté à l'agneau
Salut à tous,
un feuilleté avec de la viande d'agneau et des herbes.
Je coupe un morceau de collier d'agneau en petits morceaux et je rajoute beaucoup de coriandre hachée et un peu d'ail.
Garnir un carré de pâte feuilletée et le recouvrir d'un autre carré.
Bien sceller les bords et faire cuire 35 minutes dans un four chaud.
