Pizza au potimarron
Salut à tous, une pizza sans tomates avec du potimarron à la place.
Le potimarron est coupé en petits dés et précuit à la poêle.
Je rajoute de la ricotta, de la viande hachée, de la mozzarella et des herbes de Provence.
Sur votre pâte à pizza étaler de la ricotta, puis répartir le potimarron, la viande hachée et le fromage.
Faire cuire une quinzaine de minutes dans un four bien chaud.
