Poivrons grillés au parmesan

Salut à tous, un plat simple que j'adore à manger chaud ou froid.

Il suffit de couper des poivrons de toutes les couleurs si possible mais c'est plus pour le plaisir des yeux.

Les arroser d'huile d'olive et saupoudrer d'herbes de Provence et les mettre 30 minutes au four chaud.

Sortir du four et saupoudrer généreusement avec du parmesan râpé.

Remettre au four le temps de bien faire gratiner.

Avec un filet de vinaigre de cidre ou moment de les manger c'est au top.
