We had allot of fun running this contest the first time we ran it and considering we had 40+ views on PEAKD alone with 30+ entries in the contest we assume you did to. With all that in mind why not do it again. (Readers:"What contest RentMoney, Tell us more") The winner of this contest will be a 10-25% Beneficiary of the RentMoney blog for a set amount of posts. (Readers: "How many posts, give it to us straight; stop stalling") The winner of this contest will be a 10-25% beneficiary of my (@rentmoney) next three posts.

Possible Earnings

Alright now that we got that out of the way lets take a look at some potential earnings you will get based on the earnings from my most recent three posts. There is no guarantee that my next three posts will earn the same much / more or less rewards. Regardless of that lets take a look and see a rough estimation of the potential earnings you as a beneficiary of my next three posts might be earning for simply winning this contest. For the purpose of this post "next" refers to the three posts created directly after this contest ends (post payout).

(1) My Hive Goals In Review (HPUD)
My above post reviews my goals for 2023 and the progress I have made. It also is my HPUD (Hive Power-Up Day) Post where I power-up 500 HIVE Tokens.

(2) Airdrop/Claimdrop: The ZING Token
If you haven't heard of the ZING Token I highly suggest you check out the above post. It goes in detail on how you can get airdropped/claimdrop some ZING.

(3) Splinterlands: Community Content Highlighted
Do you like Splinterlands content (of course you do). This post highlights 10 posts created by the Splinterlands community. Each link has a quote from each post so you can gauge if it interest you before clicking the provided URL.

Without considering any future rewards the above posts might earn (all are days away from their post-payout date) we have a current gross total of $46.00* USD. Not a large sum but nothing to sneeze at either. Side Note: I been on this blockchain (Hive Blockchain) for a handful of years now and it still amazes me how awesome it is. Earning funds for interacting online is the future. I don't see FaceBook offering up $46.00 USD for any of my shenanigans. The Hive Blockchain is the place to be. Ok, back on topic; How the Winner is chosen. A random number generator will decide the winner. Each entry will be given a "ticket". Your ticket number(s) is determined by the timing of your entry comment. This way there is no bias on who wins. Its all up to the random number generator.

My comment ... y'all check out my weekly digest Things Ms. Dee Likes, Edition 45 for a collection of great Hive posts featuring what else: the great work of fellow Hivers! This edition has a very important top feature: some of the powers that be are floating the idea of removing access to the direct Hive reward pool to content creators like us. @ifarmgirl did great reporting work and brought us the news as someone who went to the last Hive Community Town Hall. If you do nothing else, read her post, and post your opinion on that idea in the comments. But if you do something else, enjoy all the great Hivers and their content!

I heard rumblings of such a thing being implemented in the past as well. I never knew talks were firing up again. Thanks for spreading the information. I'll have to go give your post and ifarmgirl post a read.

They appear to have just floated it out there to see what the reaction is ... so we had best let them know... I'll find out when the next community town hall is ... they keep having them on X, but I'll just have to put up with X for a day and get there when I find out...
