Hey Actifit Frens! Had a very busy day today and took my family to the Boston children’s museum so I got a lot of steps walking around the museum and walking around the city. After we got home, I jumped on the indoor cycle and got in a 30+ minute high intensity, indoor cycling challenge. So I knocked out over 15,000 steps on the day by being extremely active. Hope you enjoy the daily meme
