Die EZB hat auf Twitter/X eine Community-Note wegen ihren Bitcoin-Behauptungen erhalten 😂

BitcoinPleb hat die EZB gefragt, ob Bitcoin besser als der Digitale Euro (CBDC) sei und wenn nicht, warum nicht?

Daraufhin hat die EZB geantwortet, dass der Digitale Euro direkt von der EZB ausgegeben wird und Bitcoin anders sei und nicht die Eigenschaften von Geld erfülle.

Daraufhin bekam die EZB einen Community-Hinweis auf Twitter/X, dass es genau anders herum sei, der Digitale Euro erfülle nicht die drei Haupt-Eigenschaften von Geld (Store of Value, Unit of Account, Medium of Exchange), da eine Halteobergrenze von 3000 Euro geplant ist. Kein Store of Value 😂

BitcoinPleb asked the ECB if Bitcoin is better than the Digital Euro (CBDC) and if not, why not?

The ECB replied that the digital euro is issued directly by the ECB and that Bitcoin is different and does not fulfill the characteristics of money.

The ECB then received a community note on Twitter/X that it was the other way around, that the digital euro did not fulfill the three main characteristics of money (store of value, unit of account, medium of exchange), as a holding limit of 3000 euros is planned. Not a store of value 😂
