The Sweet Struggle: A Day in the Life of Full-Time Baby Parenting

Taking care of a baby is challenging, changing diapers, putting them to sleep, giving them a bath, playing with them, breastfeeding, and so much more. Often, you lack sleep because you can't always synchronize your sleeping time with the baby's.
If your baby is less than a year old, you're constantly checking on them, making sure they're okay, checking the color of their poop, monitoring their temperature every day, assessing their energy levels, and many other things.
It's really tough to care for a baby, it's not like playing with a doll that you can put aside when you're tired and resume playing later. Earlier, while putting my baby to sleep, I realized how fortunate I am. Yes, taking care of a child is exhausting, sometimes, you neglect yourself, you might not comb your hair, eat late, and face other challenges because you prioritize the baby.
But I still consider myself lucky, not only because I was blessed to have a healthy baby, but also because I get to spend the entire day with my baby. I recall friends who, after giving birth, had to entrust their baby to someone else due to work commitments. It could be a nanny, a sister, or a helper. Sometimes, finding a trustworthy person to babysit can be challenging.
Imagine being at work and worrying about your baby, whether they've eaten, how their day is going. Aside from the worry, working parents also have to deal with missing their baby, considering the nine months the baby spent in their womb.
Then, when they come home, despite being tired from work, they still have to take care of and cuddle their baby because they missed them so much.
That's why I think I'm fortunate. Taking care of a baby may be tiring, but I'm happy because I'm always with them, not worrying or feeling sad because I miss them.
We're not wealthy, but my husband doesn't want me to work and leave the baby with someone else. He prefers to work harder so that I don't have to work as well.
I just wanted to share my story, with no intention of making others sad or elevating myself above others. I just felt happiness and wanted to share it.

That is true, very challenging and all sacrifices we will give to our children to keep them better. That is the unconditional love for us to them. 👍👏
Relate much, I can remember with my eldest our first baby. As the years passed by I can't believed I conceived 8 of them. I, too, have not experienced working, just took care of the kids
