Trading Is Not Business

Doing business is different from trading. Trading needs analytical skills to make short, mid, and long term profits. Business is the ability to profit from the sale of goods or services. The products can be self manufactured or supplied.

To do business, you need to build your reputation to make your customers loyal. There are many ways to practice how to serve customers better. The quality of the products is also very important in business.

To trade, you have to have strong analytical thinking to make quick decisions. On a single transaction, you can make or lose a lot of money.There are many aspects of trading that you should learn. You should also understand the current issues of the tokens or coins you want to buy. To profit, your prediction must be correct.

To learn trading, you need to practice with a small amount of money. You should make a portfolio to profit from your small balance. After you feel confident with your skill in trading, you can start to deposit larger amounts of cash. You will make bigger profits from your trades.

In my opinion, to trade , you need to focus on one or two coins only. You will be familiar with the movement of the price. It is different when you try to trade a lot of coins. It will be difficult to memorize the characteristics of the price in the market. My experience, I can make more profit from trading one or two tokens in hive-engine. Now, I focus on POB and VYB. Those two tokens are very familiar to me now.

Doing business and trading are different things, but the aim of those two activities is to make profit. What are you? Are you a businessman or a trader?

Great thoughts and explanations, I think you have forgotten one category though, investment, to earn a passive income or dividend by owning assets, like being paid daily staking rewards based on your ALIVE stake, or dividends for holding BRO, or 20% interest for HBD in Savings, and the same much apply to investing in real estate too where you get paid rent, and also dividends for holding stocks.

Thanks, earning dividends is a way to earn income in mid or long term investment. That is a good strategy to split the assets for the future benefit.

Trading is a very risky business and it requires some 'clear cut' skills before you become good at it. I do trade here and there but I'm not a trader by any means. Just do business.
