Breadrolls of Wisdom: A Funny Story of Online Shopping Surprises

It's hard for me to stop myself from not posting this because I really laughed at it. Yesterday, the cellphone case I ordered online from a TikTok shop arrived.

It fits perfectly on my cellphone, and I think it will protect my phone from accidental drops. But what made me laugh was the writing on the back of the cellphone case: "We spend all our time making monay, forgatting that the good life is for enjoyment."

If I will translate what's written here, it would be, "We spend our time making bread rolls, forgetting that the good life is for enjoyment."

I didn't laugh at the misspelling of "forgatting", I laughed at the word "monay" because here in our country, it means a bread roll. So, I thought maybe the one who came up with this quote is a baker. Hahaha!!!

I still used the cellphone case because its purpose is to protect my phone. What's good about it is that this phone case has become a double purpose for me, the first is to protect the gadget, and the second is when I flip it and read the motivational quote on the back, I get a good laugh.

I also learned something from this experience, that life is like buying things online, you don't always get what you expect. But whatever you get, it depends on how you value it.

Whatever the world gives you, look at it in a different light, just like what I always tell myself - "Life is 50% about what the world has given you and 50% about how you react to it."

Others might have been angry and complained or given a low rating to the online shop. But for me, it's okay. Even as I write this, I'm still laughing. Hahaha!!!
