The question is, if they really have zero HP... I think they just have only a little HP. I've checked with one, named Cribbio, and I see they have 214 HP, from which they even delegate 163....
It's a bit strange because the account it's delegating to is a lot stronger.
And which is even stranger is, that this account is delegating back to Cribbio 157 HP.
