Salut à tous des noix de Saint-Jacques avec des pistaches sur des tranches de pommes de terre.

Faire cuire les pommes de terres en tranches épaisses à la poêle à feu moyen pour ne pas les bruler.

Paner les Saint-Jacques avec les pistaches concassées et les faire cuire au beurre mousseux.

La cuisson est très rapide, servir sur les pommes de terre en récupérant les pistaches.
