PowerUp Day 💪 Delegation Giveaway


🚨🧨💥 Engagement is Required ❗❗

This is going to be a very short one... been too busy to even have enough mindset or energy for creative posts! That will have to come when this marathon on IRLW calms down. And that might not be until Christmas time and/or mid-2025.

😍 Goodies for the HiveFest⁹

The awaited time to reveal a few things I had been planning finally arrived. This was not to my full satisfaction, but good enough for me to feel comfortable giving it away.

So, without further ado... I will bring 2 (two) Hats like the one below to #HiveFest, this year... and I will give them away (on Day 3), to two random persons at the event who are also liquidity providers on at least one of the ATX pools! In this case, you have two liquidity pools, ATX:SWAP.HIVE and ATX:BEER.

The way I am going to do this is by offering you an ATX sticker (3.8 x 3.8 cm) and 1 ATX token for you to successfully show me your account providing liquidity to the pool (you can do this using the Hive Keychain browser on your phone/tablet, or via your PC browser in advance).

If you are already eligible (because you already know all this), please also come along for a chat and/or just a quick introduction. I would be more than happy to provide you with an ATX sticker anyhow (I will keep the free 1 ATX for those who don't yet know how to purchase these, I am sure you will understand it).

And don't worry about the amount needed for the eligibility, any amount will be OK. And if you don't know how to enter with liquidity to the pools, or you don't know what the hell I am speaking about, then come to me during the event, and I will help you understand how to do it.

To make my life easier, @forkyishere is going to create a new post later on, as a placeholder for the winner, and also for any photos, comments, experience feedback, communication, and others about this giveaway during the HiveFest. So, be sure to follow that account and check any posts during the vent, if you want to be on top of all things.

Premature FAQ:

What's the size of the Hat?

It's a ONE-size hat, with a strap in the back, and should allow for both big and small heads!

Any plans of making more in the future?

Depends on the number of requests, but I can do it! But not for free obviously!

Why only 2 hats?

Embroidered hats are not cheap, and these are still a very "experimental" thing to me... so, I had to go with what I could do.

What if for some reason I can't receive the hat on HiveFest?

Don't worry. I will contact you later, and I will ship it to your address. A contribution in HIVE/HBD would be appreciated if that would be the case (so I don't incur more costs), but if you can't I will understand and ship it when possible.

🤔 And how the hell are we going to find you? 😏

Eaassyyyy peasyyyyyyy... I will have my own 😍 unique hat, that I will be fully unveiling ONLY at the HiveFest... and that should give me away pretty easily.

Note: I said somewhere that I would reveal the company where I did this Hat, but I changed my mind. Not because I am disappointed with them, but instead because I am not yet finished with the entire experience with them, and it would be unfair to make any conclusions right now. In due time or over HiveFest, I am happy to disclose.

I had several others years on the same sort of gymnastics as you... "almost being able to go" and then "stuck by lightning of inconvenience". I wished you could go... at least it would be a great support ticket.

The only company I yet have to order but to which the price tag is above 100 USD per hat, is the only one that makes the kind of hats I am looking for (for me at least), but until I try the bottom layers first, I am still not up to try that much high (where I would expect full perfection).

Mostly is due to embroidered machines, that some don't understand much the limitations and "think" it's ok to just change the ratio of the picture...

Anyhow, a full story eventually to be unveiled or/and some stuff to gather more intel at HiveFest (from others experiences).

Yeah, the ones I am giving away are way cheaper (still expensive hats), but the one I am bringing for myself was a bit more expensive. Still not 100 USD things, but you feel the trend with the more details you add!

Not saying it will, but if next year is around south america, I am keen on making my wife going crazy again LOLOLOL either way, long time waiting for this, so I am super excited, and I know people that wanted to go, are too for me. So, I am really going to do my best to show that around (priority for me to enjoy obviously, but I mean about reporting the enjoyment).

I was in the Balkans a week ago and it was hot-hot... But, the weather changes there day by day... And it is probably more stable in Split, by the sea, than where I was... 😃

I keep forgetting the Sun in Europe is "less" hot than in New Zealand, so I should be fine with a black hat... but now I am thinking... I may need to experience a pearl/white hat version, in New Zealand... 🤔

You can start the participation anytime after the post gets created. Does not need to be on the HPUD ... What needs to happen on the HPUD for you to be eligible is the minimum 10 HIVE power up.

I'd be happy to contribute to the diesel/liquidity pool, plus that would be a way to grow my holding of ATX. From the passive income that I've set up, I get a small bit of SWAP.HIVE daily on this account, and that's what I use to add assets to the pools, so it would likely take me a fair bit of time to be able to add it all. How much SWAP.HIVE are you thinking? I'm game if I can make it work. Oh, I so underhand about DRIP, it's one of my favorite income tokens. I have quite a bit on this and my @tydyn.rain account. I don't get why DRIP has had such a massive drop the past week or more. Very strange. Perhaps the LP for it has too high APR.
