At the end of the week, we will assign one lucky ticket for every LOLZ sent to @lolz.burner.

Then we will draw 1 lucky ticket using our random picker.

Maybe it could be implemented simply by making the LOLZ burner bot see if a participant of a LOLZ burner raffle post adds some other command (such as !exclude) together with the !LOLZ token tipping command. 🤔🤯🤓😏 !DIY
